Along the way, for a longer break from driving, various large & small Motor Museums provide an enjoyable distraction. On my Great Ocean Road Trip, I checked out John Fitzpatricks delightful Binalong Motor Muesum, the National Motorcycle Museum at Nabiac, and staying at Mt Panorama, visited the National Motor Racing Museum.

- National Holden Museum in Euchua &
- Powerhouse Motor & Car Museum in Portland
The smaller museums generally have collections on display from local owners, and so over time, what you get to see at that musuem will change, making it enjoyable to re-visit in the future.
