Part 4 of the QLD Road Trip focuses on my stops to Waterfalls.
Waterfalls are rarely roadside, so picking on these to break up my Covid Queensland Road Trip journey mostly enjoyed delving into forestry walks.
The concentration of these was in the Cairns to Mission Beach region, starting with Josephine Falls, but then the famous Millaa Millaa Falls can’t be missed.

Millaa Millaa Falls provides a well structured swimming opportunity, and an ability to go behind the falls for the adventurist. But it also is part of a sealed falls circuit road that includes Zillie Falls & Ellinjaa Falls as an easy drive.

Mena Creek Falls was quite accessible from the road, with a suspension bridge to make it a bit more special, but its best view comes from visiting Paronella Park, a quirkly attraction that was well worth the stop.

WILT – What I am listening to ?
Don’t try to read too much into these WILT’s, it’s often just that earworm from my music library
