Iceland – Fjaðrárgljúfur canyon

Research suggested this could be a difficult one to visit, but it didn’t end up that hard.

There is a section of dirt road to navigate, slowly, but you end up at a car park with rest rooms, and the ability to wonder up the hill to various viewing positions, or quite a long walk if desired.

You could also walk down the road a little further to a bridge with a nice view up the Canyon, and as I saw people further up on the canyon floor, obviously there must be access to walk the canyon base, but from my vantage point, i would guess you would be wading through the stream a few times to progress up the canyon.

Either way, it’s quite beautiful

WILT – What I am listening to ?

Don’t try to read too much into these WILT’s, it’s often just that earworm from my music library
