Be a good father, take your kids to Disneyworld. Bucket list ? absolutely. Disney truly have created some magic in their parks. We stayed off-site when we visited Disneyland Anaheim, and instead booked and stayed at one of the resort hotels this time, Disney’s Wilderness Lodge.
It wasn’t until we arrived, that we started to comprehend how massive Disneyworld actually is. Not only are the parks huge, but the distance between parks is also huge. Resort shuttles could take half an hour or more to get us from the Wilderness Lodge to a Park for the day. Shuttles were complimentary and regular enough.
There is plenty written about the parks themselves, so I won’t get into more, than to say that Disney accommodate for budget accommodation to luxury, but by world room standards, they are priced more on captive convenience than standards, making this a mostly expensive Bucket List pursuit.
But when you want to give your kids the best of experiences, and share in their joy, what Disney had to offer can raise no complaints.
